Please be assured that your items will ship out within two days of purchase. We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are: Australia Post. If you're trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following: Credit card authorisation and verification must be received prior to processing. Australia Post deliveries occur Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. If you require express or 2 day shipping, please contact us for charges.

Bike & Frame Purchase

The shipment of bikes and frames will only be sent to one of our listed dealers. This option will be in the checkout.

Returns

All refunds will be provided as a credit to the credit card used at the time of purchase within five (5) business days upon receipt of the returned merchandise.
